How to Use the Smart CSC Scanner Print VLE Tool
The smart csc scanner print VLE tool is a browser-based layout generator designed to standardize Indian government IDs for A4 printing. It operates entirely offline in the browser to ensure data privacy while delivering exact 1:1 physical scale prints.
Configure Your Canvas: On the left panel, set your desired border style (solid, dashed, none), border thickness, color, and corner radius (Standard PVC is 3.18mm). Adjust your A4 page margins if your printer requires specific spacing.
Add ID Slots: Click Add New ID Slot. A new blank card container will appear in your workspace. You can add up to 12 slots per A4 page.
Select Document Type: Click Setup Card on the new slot. Choose the specific government ID type from the dropdown menu. The tool will automatically lock the physical dimensions (e.g., 85.6mm x 54mm) to ensure a 1:1 exact real-world print size.
Upload & Adjust: Upload the front and back images of the document. Use the built-in editor to zoom, pan, rotate, and center the image so it fits perfectly within the physical card boundaries. Use the brightness and contrast sliders (or the “Auto Fix” button) to make dark scans readable.
Preview & Export: Check the live A4 physical layout preview on the right. Once satisfied, click Print A4 to send it directly to your printer, or Download PDF to save a high-resolution, print-ready file.
Supported Card Types & Descriptions
Aadhaar Card (PVC) (85.6 x 54mm): Standard CR80 size for the official UIDAI PVC print format.
PAN Card (85.6 x 54mm): Exact dimensions for standard Income Tax Department permanent account number cards.
Voter ID (EPIC Smart Card) (85.6 x 54mm): Standardized size for the new color PVC Election Photo Identity Cards.
Ayushman Bharat PMJAY (85.6 x 54mm): Health cover card formatting for standard wallet-sized PVC printing.
ABHA / Ava Card (Health ID) (85.6 x 54mm): National Health Authority digital ID physical print size.
e-Shram Card (85.6 x 54mm): Unorganized worker database ID card standard size.
Smart Ration Card (85.6 x 54mm): Standardized dimensions for modernized, state-wise digital ration PVC cards.
Driving License / RC PVC (85.6 x 54mm): Standard motor vehicle smart card dimensions.
Kisan Credit Card (KCC) (85.6 x 54mm): Agricultural credit identity card standard size.
State Govt Standard PVC (85.6 x 54mm): A universal catch-all for any state-specific smart cards using the international CR80 standard.
State Govt Laminated (90 x 60mm): Slightly oversized format designed for paper prints that will be manually passed through a pouch laminator.
Old Ration Slip Cutout (95 x 65mm): Custom oversized layout for printing scanned copies of traditional paper ration book pages.
Custom Dimension: Allows the VLE to manually input exact physical millimeter width and height for non-standard documents.
How to Use the Tool

Define Card Styling: Select the border thickness, border color, and corner style. Standard PVC cards use a 3.18mm corner radius.
Add Document Slots: Click "Add New ID Slot" and select the exact government document type from the dropdown to lock the physical scaling.
Upload and Align: Upload the front and back images into the slot. Click "Setup Card" to manually rotate, zoom, and center the scan.
Apply Enhancements: Use the "Quick Enhance All" button to automatically adjust the brightness, contrast, and saturation of faded scans.
Print or Save: Click "Print A4" to immediately trigger the local print dialog, or "Download PDF" to save a high-resolution copy for batch processing later.
