How to Use This WB Madhyamik Result Percentage Calculator Tool?

This calculator offers two convenient methods to determine your Madhyamik percentage:

Method 1: Calculate by Total Marks

  1. Locate the Section: Find the box titled “Calculate by Total Marks” at the top of the calculator.
  2. Enter Total Marks: In the input field labeled “Enter Your Aggregate Total Marks (out of 700)”, simply type in your grand total marks obtained in the Madhyamik examination.
  3. Click Calculate: Press the red “Calculate Percentage” button.
  4. View Result: Your calculated percentage will instantly appear in the “Your calculated percentage will appear here…” display area.
  5. Reset (Optional): If you want to clear the input and calculate again, click the orange “Reset” button.

Method 2: Calculate by Individual Subjects

  1. Locate the Section: Scroll down to the box titled “Calculate by Individual Subjects”.
  2. Enter Subject Marks: For each subject listed (First Language, Second Language, Mathematics, Physical Science, Life Science, History, Geography), enter the marks you secured out of 100 in the respective input fields.
  3. Click Calculate: Once all relevant subject marks are entered, click the red “Calculate Percentage” button in this section.
  4. View Result: The calculator will sum your individual subject marks, calculate the percentage, and display it in the “Your calculated percentage will appear here…” area.
  5. Reset (Optional): To clear all subject mark inputs, click the orange “Reset” button in this section.

Important Notes:

  • You only need to use one of the two calculation methods at a time.
  • Ensure you enter valid numerical marks. The tool will notify you if there’s an invalid entry.
  • The calculation assumes a maximum total mark of 700 for the 7 main subjects.

How to Check WB Madhyamik Result Online

Follow these simple steps to check your West Bengal Madhyamik (Class 10) Examination results online when declared:

  1. Visit the Official Website: Go to the official websites for West Bengal results. The primary sites are typically `wbbse.org` and `wbresults.nic.in`.
  2. Find the Result Link: Look for a prominent link on the homepage that says something like “Madhyamik Pariksha (SE) Results – YEAR” (e.g., Madhyamik Pariksha (SE) Results – 2025).
  3. Enter Credentials: Click on the result link. You will be redirected to a new page where you need to enter your:
    • Roll Number: (As mentioned on your admit card)
    • Date of Birth: (In the specified format, usually DD/MM/YYYY)
  4. Submit and View: After entering the required details, click on the “Submit” or “Get Result” button. Your Madhyamik result will be displayed on the screen.
  5. Download/Print: It is advisable to take a screenshot or download a digital copy of your provisional mark sheet for future reference. You can also print it.
